Customer Service Representative
Retail distributor is seeking Full Time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative for fast paced, growing company.
Candidate will be responsible for answering customer phone calls, communicating with field staff, generating reports, data-entry and a variety of other office duties.
One year customer service and/or administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Candidate must have strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
