Retail Service Operations/Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Sales/Service Distributor is seeking Full Time Retail Service Operation Administrative Assistant for fast paced, growing company.

General Purpose

Provide administrative support and assistance to executive office staff and field supervisors.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

co-ordinate and plan project-based work
coordinate with internal staff at all levels
review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
answer and manage incoming customer service calls
conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
design and maintain databases

Education and Experience

at least 2 years experience providing executive support at a high level
proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
familiarity of standard office administrative practices and procedures
previous experience working in the supermarket industry an advantage
retail service merchandising management experience a plus
Bachelors degree preferred
