Job Specifics: Jacent is hiring for a Part Time Merchandiser/ Area Manager in your area. In this position the ideal candidate would manage the merchandising of general merchandise items displayed on clip strips & j-hooks in specific areas in supermarkets. You may also be asked to perform audits or data collection in addition to merchandising. The Area Manager will operate his/her own route of assigned stores; duties will include packing out, ordering, cross merchandising, cleaning & tidying. No previous merchandising experience necessary, but is helpful.
Our area managers are also responsible for hiring, training and mentoring merchandisers. They will also need to maintain a high level of communication through email, phone messaging, and personal contact with their assigned Territory Manager and Merchandising Team.
What we’re looking for:
$15.00/ HOURLY with paid mileage and travel time.
